The Boulder Valley School District's (BVSD's) lawsuit contending that the Charter School Institute Act is uconstitional has gone to oral arguments in the Court of Appeals. A decision could come before the end of December. Initially cases were brought by the Poudre School District, Adams 50 School District and BVSD. Poudre and Adams 50 both dropped out after the three cases failed in district court back in 2006.
