BVSD's Financing Lawsuit Against CSI Criticized

A new website, operated by the Education Policy Center at the Independence Institute, bashes the Boulder Valley School District for funding a lawsuit contesting the constitutionality of the state Charter School Institute. CSI is Colorado's statewide charter school authorizer for select districts that haven't been granted exclusive chartering authority by the state Board of Education.
